The Director Khaouas Fatiha holds advanced academic credentials, including Master’s degrees in both German and English languages. She has professional experience as a German language instructor at private schools, as well as possessing a degree in computer science.
Additionally, she has worked in the industrial sector, serving as a production assistant and German-to-Arabic translator at a brick manufacturing facility for two years. She currently holds a supervisory role in production at a cosmetics company.
Beyond her core educational and work history, she has also completed specialized training programs, such as certifications in business model development and design thinking methodologies, particularly focused on startup project management.
